Maliutina I.P. The phenomenon of relationships between law, religion and politics against the state building process of the 17th–18th cent.: an attempt at reconstruction
The article considers the phenomenon of relationship between religion, politics and law, being revealed through the state building process of the 17th — 18th cent. The key trend of its development resolved into the strong predominance of politics over religion, which had resulted in the inevitable loss of the Ukrainian identity, first religious and later on political.

The article launches the series of publications devoted to the methodology of computerisation of decision making and its implementation in the parliament lawmaking process. The need to use the forecasting methods of lawmaking in the e-parliament operation has been justified. The paper offers the application of information platform of scenario analysis as a basic tool of technological forecasting. The requirements to the information and analytical e-parliament support system are summarised.
