Vice-rector of University «National Academy of Management”, Head of Department of Civil and Economic Law.

He is a member of the Academic Council of University' National Academy of Management "and Scientific Advisory Council of the Higher Specialized Court of Ukraine consideration of civil and criminal cases.

Disciplines taught: intellectual property law, international commercial arbitration, stock exchange law, criminal law, Administrative Procedure of Ukraine.

List of major publications:

Author of 400 scientific works on criminal law, criminology, civil law, commercial law and civil procedure and administrative proceedings. The main ones are: eight monographs, textbooks twenty-five, five scientific comments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine (co-authored) two editions of comments to the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, comment to the Code of Criminal Procedure, textbook on the Special Part of Criminal Law (co-authored).
